The Sand Beach Pattaya

Value for price ok, but has so much more potential. Need better repair, service and upkeep.

Worst hotel ever. There was a dead bug on my pillow once we went into the room. The door of the wardrobe is broken and could not be closed. The remote control for A/C is not working. There's not even any space for our luggages, as the room is extremely crowded. Worst of all, nobody from the hotel speaks English. The young lady from the reception was really rude and impolite when I tried to explain the situation calmly and patiently. However, there's a nice swimming pool which is connected with the beach. Anyway, thank goodness that it's our last night here.
