The Sands at Grace Bay

We had such an amazing stay at Sands, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible service, especially from the beach and pool team. Jose, Cordero, Sammy, Niko, and John were all so friendly, helpful, and hardworking. They truly went above and beyond to make our trip fun and stress-free. Whether it was setting up chairs, placing umbrellas, or giving us tips on local spots to check out, they had our backs the entire time. Their energy made each day by the water even better. Thank you to the entire team and the hotel for such a memorable experience, we’ll definitely be back!

I couldn't say enough good things about this resort. I went on a girls trip with some friends and we were so impressed from the time we got there to the time we left. Service upon arrival was excellent and the rooms were spacious, came with a washer dryer, comfortable, and useful. We had a little kitchenette so we could get groceries and save some money on eating out for every meal. You can walk to the main part of the town in about 8 minutes that is filled with restaurants, bars, and shops. We had fun interacting with the staff throughout the trip and everyone was extremely accommodating. The bar/restaurant on site, Hemingways, has a bunch of good options and the views from the patio are stunning! The chair/towel service was great and the entire Grace Bay was seriously heaven on Earth! We would walk the beach down to other bars/hotels too to mix it up. They were about 10-15 min beach walk from here. Overall - very convenient, clean, quiet, beautiful, and a little slice of Heaven.

The Sands exceeded our expectations, which were high. The location couldn't be better. The property was beautiful, and the beach more so. The rooms were spacious, and the only reason for four stars is that our room had mosquitos, and in the other two rooms that our group of six had, there were no problems. Go figure, but that did not detract from our time there, which was too short. Walking distance to most restaurants and shops, friendly staff, beautiful beach and water--The Sands has what you need to relax and enjoy a vacation.
