The Saujana Hotel Kuala Lumpur

I stayed in the Club Room and was surprised to find that check-in is done at a separate area. I wasn’t aware of this at first, but the staff were kind enough to transfer my stuff from the main lobby to the adjacent building. The receptionist was incredibly friendly, and the rest of the team were just as welcoming. The stay includes access to the Club Lounge, where complimentary drinks and canapés are served. Breakfast is also provided in a different space, away from the main building, which added to the exclusive feel. The only downside was that room service was a bit slow, but overall, it was a great experience.

Saujana Hotel is nestled within a spacious and lush green environment, offering a refreshing escape from the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat. With friendly and attentive staff, the hospitality enhances the overall experience. It’s undoubtedly a great choice for a staycation, combining nature, comfort, and excellent service.

We have booked 4 rooms for my family to stay in at Saujana Hotel and the experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and excellent service. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was thoughtfully designed. We loved the relaxing environment . The staff was always friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The only room for improvement would be addressing the damp smell upon entering the room. Overall, I highly recommend Saujana hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. I would definitely come back!
