Lovely rooms! Very accommodating staff and our puppy was well provided for! Best pet friendly accomodation we have found. Wonderfully clean and modern. Dog park and restaurants within walking distance. Could not have asked for better
Definitely recommended. The staff is professional and efficient. The only gripes are that the WiFi seems to kick you off twice a day at around the same time and the card sensor is on the left wall when trying to use underground parking. Modify the network settings to just clear users after they are checked out in the systems and not daily, upgrade to UHF RFID sensor to just read the same chip in the access cards without needing to exit the vehicle to get to underground parking. Overall still a great place to stay.
Short stay, room was better equipped than expected. Very friendly staff, and reasonably clean rooms. Biggest disappointments were the price matching (lots of conditions which weren't obvious until after I'd booked, could have saved myself $30 booking through a third party), and parking. I was lucky enough to get on street parking, but if I hadn't, the additional cost is pretty steep.
