Absolutely Outstanding Stay! We had the pleasure of staying at this incredible motel in Kew and I can’t speak highly enough of it! The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect—peaceful yet close to everything. Whether you’re in town for business or a getaway, this place is a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent apart from a few hiccups Positive: The receptionist with South African accent has amazing consumer skills. What an asset! Bathrobe, slippers (upon request) and free, sustainable packaged water- this is what is missing in most hotels these days. Was great to have this available at Sebel. Negative: I extended my stay online and a lady called shortly after asking if I would stay in the same room. I agreed but asked for cleaning as I missed it the day prior (you only get it before 11.30). I left the room very early so it could be cleaned. I was out all day and when I returned, my room had not been cleaned and I was not able to access it with my hotel key. I had no clean towels etc. I was then offered a different room where there were issues with the power sockets on the desk (not working). Staff attended to it and after some time, were able to get it to work. The service could have been better that day. Nevertheless, I am tempted to make this my go to hotel whenever I come down from Sydney.

From the moment I walked into the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, it was clear that this accommodation offers both comfort and luxury. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished, The standout feature was undoubtedly the full kitchen and laundry facilities. Having the option to cook my own meals and do laundry without having to leave the apartment was incredibly convenient, especially for an extended stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. Each bedroom was wonderfully comfortable, each with a king size bed. The two bathrooms were pristine and generously sized, offering excellent water pressure and a nice selection of toiletries. There was also ample storage space, which made settling in feel even more like a home away from home. The location of Sebel Kew was perfect for my needs as well. Nestled in a peaceful area, it was still close to local cafes, restaurants, and shops, offering a great balance of tranquility and convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to assist with any questions or requests. Additional amenities, such as the on-site parking and Wi-Fi, added to the overall convenience of the stay. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and I truly felt like I was staying in a high-end, well-maintained property that catered to both relaxation and practicality. Overall, my experience at Sebel Kew exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a stylish, well-appointed apartment with all the modern conveniences for a stay in Melbourne, I highly recommend Sebel Kew.
