The Sebel Quay West Suites Sydney

We chose to stay here to celebrate a retirement. The location is close to the train, trams and all the tourist attractions in The Rocks and Harbour foreshore area. There are a range of restaurants and cafes in the area. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed a swim in the pool and a soak in the spa pool. Breakfast was also very tasty and well presented. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

First of all, get the harborview rooms as the scenery is just stunning. The location is right near the Rocks and Quay with all of its transit. Could not be better. Rooms were well appointed, comfortable, five stars all the way. Staff was tremendous. Food at the restaurant was good and the wait staff was lovely. The top floor pool and workout room made for a nice start to every day. Wonderful way to start our Australian vacation.

Every staff member was amazing to deal with. Always friendly, helpful and fast. We stayed in one of the rooms that had yet to be updated so there were some minor age related issues, older shower head, silicone edging in the shower. But over all great for our budget and needs staying with 2 children 3 and 1. The only downside to the location was the hill that was fairly steep and a bit of an issue for the pram on certain angles when heading towards the light rail stop. Overall a beautiful hotel with lovely staff and definitely a place I would stay again.
