I had such a lovely stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Dani at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. She genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!!! nothing ever felt like too much trouble. You can tell she really cares about the guests and loves what she does. It’s rare to come across that level of customer service, and it honestly made the whole experience feel more personal and memorable. Dani is a true asset to the hotel! Thank you so much Dani from the Irish girls 🇮🇪 Would absolutely stay again and I’ll be recommending it to friends and family. 💫

Really great hotel with a decent location about a 10 minute walk to Airlie beach. The rooms are really nice equipped with a large king sized bed, bathtub and spacious balcony. The staff are really nice too and are happy to help. However, it’s quite a track to even get to the hotel. You have to climb up a pretty steep But other than that it’s a cozy accommodation. They also have a really nice pool, jacquizi and gym

Disappointing Stay During an Important Time – Definitely Not Worth the Money We booked this property for a peaceful family getaway before my husband’s cancer removal surgery — a time when we truly needed rest and comfort. Sadly, the stay didn’t deliver. The biggest issue was the sheer blind in the master bedroom, which did nothing to block out the morning sun. I was woken up around 6:15 AM every day by glaring sunlight — far from the restful experience we hoped for. Other problems added to the disappointment: the stair carpet was dirty, worn and exposing the nail strip used to secure the carpet. The master shower grate was filthy not cleaned in months it was repulsive. The master bedroom sliding door slides open on its own needing a thong to keep it closed, especially when showering in the open shower. The lounge furniture felt like outdoor seating — uncomfortable and uninviting. The third bedroom was essentially an open space with three single beds squeezed under a slanted ceiling, clearly meant for small children. My adult daughter hit her head more than once. Issues were raised with staff but ignored, was promised a maintenance man twice but no one showed up. Given the emotional weight of this trip and the price we paid, we expected better. Unfortunately, this stay added stress rather than relief. Definitely not worth the money, and we wouldn’t return.
