I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I must give special thanks to the hotel staff Dang along with his colleagues for their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone I encountered was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was assisting with directions, offering great local recommendations, or promptly responding to any request, their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference in my stay. It’s rare to come across such a genuinely helpful and dedicated team. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant—I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others!

Good standard hotel, lovely large pool to swim, very close to the beach, clean facilities and spacious bedrooms. Friendly, helpful staff who go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Can be noisy in some of the rooms in the hotel depending on your neighbours or if you're facing the dining / pool area during an event. However the reception team will always do their best to accommodate their preferences. On-site food very decent too, though to be expected a little pricier. Recommended.

Rooms can be noisy. Would highly recommend upgrading to get an upper floor if possible. Poolside service is exceptional, great food. Buffet breakfast (omelet chef, pho chef, and massive assortment of western and Vietnamese food) is the shining gem of this place. Front desk staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Highly recommend and would come back in a heartbeat.
