The Secret Sölden

I stayed here last July with my wife who celebrated a special birthday. Franzi and Nora were exceptional with their customer service, looking after us and directing us to the areas for best hikes etc. They actually went out of their way to leave a surprise birthday cake in our chalet. Location was fantastic … would highly recommend this accommodation.

Absolutely great hotel. Amazing location, just a 5 minute walk from the ski station. Beautiful spa area, nice rooms. The service was polite and helpful. The breakfast could be better, but it still is ok. Overall a great option in Solden.

Very nice place Nice people(the staff)except a girl at the breakfast horrible attitude she never say high never a smile(at list a fake one)not educated at all unfortunately she has to change this attitude or her job The 2 girls from Croatia 🇭🇷 they were top notch always happy to work happy to serve you always a nice 😊🙏🙏🙏🙏 About the rooms:Very hot but you can turn off the heating and open a little bit the window The bed…hood but not exceptional The cleaning….bad really bad they didn’t clean the bathroom and the dust on the tv it was thick unfortunately if not good specially if you are highly allergic Position:Good position…just crossing the river and you are on the main street where is everything It was a pretty expensive hotel for what we had! There are some things to improve
