The Secure Inn Hotel

I really had a good time staying here. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. We arrived late at night in Muscat and all the required arrangements were made before our checkin. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Additionally the location was good too. In 300-500 metres, one can find supermarket and restaurants. It is 20-25 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes away from the beach. The night shift staff, Kshitij made all the arrangements really well and was very helpful. Morning staff was friendly as well. Highly would recommend for families and couples. The rooftop with swimming pool had beautiful view.

Wonderful Stay at Secure Inn Hotel – Highly Recommended! I had the pleasure of staying at Secure Inn Hotel for 2 months, and my experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The entire staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and hassle-free. A big shoutout to the housekeeping team – Pankaj, Mehran, Rameshwaar Ashok, Muzzafar, Gopaiah, Chandu, and Sai Kiran – for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of my room every single day. Their work was consistent and always done with a smile. The front office staff, Devendra and Kshitij, along with the lady at the reception, were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any query or request. They made the check-in and check-out process seamless and provided useful local information whenever needed. Special thanks to the room service team – Saurabh, Das, and Saud – for their prompt and efficient service. The food arrived hot and on time, and they were always courteous. The hotel itself is located in a quiet residential area of Ghalla, which is peaceful and safe. There are several Indian and international restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. Another plus is that it’s just 15 minutes away from the airport, making travel easy and stress-free. Overall, I didn’t face a single issue during my stay. Everyone at Secure Inn Hotel was friendly, helpful, and professional. I truly felt at home here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a long or short stay in the area.

At the time of booking, the Agoda app clearly indicated that the swimming pool was open, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. However, after the booking was confirmed, a notice stating the pool was closed appeared only in small text at the very bottom of the confirmation email—making it difficult to notice and understand in time. This is misleading and does not reflect transparent communication. Furthermore, the hotel listing advertised a buffet breakfast in accordance with standard hospitality expectations, but during our stay, no buffet was provided. This was another key factor in my booking decision and its absence significantly impacted the overall value of our stay. In addition, the room booked was supposed to have a city view, but we were instead given a dark room with no view at all. This, again, did not match the description provided at the time of booking. Due to these discrepancies and the failure to deliver the advertised services, I kindly request a full refund of the booking amount. I trust Agoda will take responsibility for ensuring that listings are accurate and customers are treated fairly.
