We've had a lovely stay here. Staff are so friendly. Ribys are capacious and comfortable and clean. Breakfast is great value and had a huge choice of hot and cold treats. Set us up for the day each day.

Beautiful room very spacious well catered for wheelchair user. Wet room is spot on but missing a shelf for toothbrush and personal bathroom essentials. Lovely large towels but rather tatty small towels. Room bedding etc spotless, we had an atrium mezzanine room with a balcony. Breakfast was very good,plenty of choice evening meal lovey well presented and plenty of choice Decor is a bit dated snd carpets look old and in places dirty. All staff were helpful and polite. Public areas and toilets very clean. Would we stay again absolutely It is a great hotel.

This is a lovely hotel with a beautiful solarium in the middle and if you're lucky enough to get one of the rooms overlooking it is so peaceful. Breakfast had lots of choice but did get very busy and there was a constant flow of people. The decor could probably do with touching up as it is a bit dated but doesn't affect the stay. We had a junior room which was lovely and big, The only drawback was the tiny TV in the 'living' area and the couch was not very comfortable. The bed was roomy and very comfortable and the bathroom had both a shower and a bath. Overall a lovely hotel right on the promenade and close to the shops.
