I would like to express my deepest gratitude for my wonderful stay at Cettia Hotel in Şişli, Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness from every member of the team – starting from the manager to every single staff member. Their politeness, respect, and willingness to help made me feel like I was surrounded by a kind and caring family. I was especially touched by how quickly and attentively they responded to all my needs – no matter how small. One particular thing I needed frequently was ice, and they went above and beyond to assist me every single time, always with a sincere smile. The staff’s consistent friendliness and hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable. Their beautiful smiles never left their faces, and their respectful and helpful attitude made me feel at home.

We had a great time during our stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and well-mannered, the breakfast was varied, and the hospitality was excellent. Our room was cleaned and organized every day. The overall atmosphere was very cozy and pleasant. Most importantly, the location of the hotel was excellent — very clean, with easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, and chain stores. It was also close to metro and bus stations, which made getting around the city very convenient. Overall, I was completely satisfied with everything and would like to sincerely thank all the hotel staff — especially Mr. Batu and Mr. Duran — for their outstanding service. 🙏🌹🌹

Stayed here for a week during our stay in Istanbul and thoroughly enjoyed it! The rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping team accommodated all our requests whenever we asked! The breakfast buffet was honestly the best part! Diverse menu with all kinds of breakfast essentials. You could also request for fresh omelettes/fried eggs specifically. The rest of the staff was always very helpful and addressed all our issues very efficiently. We requested for a toddler bed - the staff ensured we got it. The hotel is located in a good vicinity. It is close to a metro station and is also well-connected to main areas of the city through buses. Lots of food options, a grocery store and a really big mall - all at walking distance. My only issue with the hotel was the washrooms - they were a little cramped and the layout was a little off-putting. All in all, highly highly recommended!
