The Senator Hotel Pros. 1. Its nearby the street easy to find. 2. Complementary breakfast 3. Staff behaviour and cleanliness is good 4. Good ambience Cons. 1. Though breakfast 🥣 is complementary options of food is very limited 2. Buffet dinner is there but same limited option, if you love Chinese like me. You are gonna find very hard to eat. 3. I don't know what it is but the staff hardly smiles. Sometimes it feels weird (I mean to me) 4. Room cleaning and size will not be as you expected. Hard to explain here but surely you will understand once you be here. 5. No wheelchair facility for old men. (haven't seen any)
Came here for my US Visa Interview on May 17 2024. Walkable Distance to Consulate. Wonderful Ambience, Polite Staff , Had a Great Morning View for the Room . Ordered Dinner and Breakfast which was Tasty and also Hygienic. If you are coming to Kolkata for US Consulate Work and if you have a Good Budget . Then Highly Recommend .
The hotel is at prime location. Service is good. Food is excellent. The rooms and amenities are standard. For early check out, they provide packed breakfast, else it is complementary and very tasty. In room smoking is also permitted.
