The service at The Sentra hotel is excellent including the service of the trainees, Jelita and Michelle. Moreover, the hospitality of the staff of the breakfast front desk, Ricky and other staff. They are so friendly and accommodating. The food are tasty and various kinds that suits the taste of local and international guests. Keep it up!
The location is good near the airport. The service & crew are awesome. Special shout out to Jessika & Alan in the breakfast area, they were super helpful in the things I inquired.
Got a complimentary stay here thanks to Kak Pricillia, and honestly it was such a great experience. The hotel interior is really clean, modern, and aesthetic, every corner feels well thought out. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and super comfortable. One thing I really liked, the AC was super cold which made the stay even more relaxing. Breakfast was also a highlight. There were so many choices from local dishes to lighter options and everything I tried was tasty and fresh. The service was excellent too. Kak Chika was especially kind and helpful, always making sure everything went smoothly. Overall, we had a really pleasant and memorable stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay. Hope I can come back again! ✨️
