The Serai Kabini

A Memorable Stay at Serai Resort, Kabini! I recently stayed at Serai Resort, Kabini, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly supportive, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile—their hospitality truly stood out. The food was excellent, particularly during the morning buffet and dinner. Lunch, however, was a mixed experience with both highlights and disappointments. However, the overall quality of the food was good, and hygiene standards were well maintained. One of the highlights was the jungle safari, which was thrilling and totally worth it. The guides were knowledgeable, and the experience of being so close to nature was unforgettable. Sightseeing in the jungle and around the resort, morning walks with my family, and boating together were all fantastic experiences. I truly cherished the quality time spent with my loved ones. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway with a touch of adventure!

While the location is good, the food was honestly absymal and i even got severe food poisoning eating here and ruined my day2 of my holiday. Even the rooms are average considering the whooping 25K/night cost, the garden behind the villa is poorly maintained and even the space outside room when you enter is not that clean. Bathroom is average with leaves blocking that natural skylight.

Terrible experience, I had a really bad experience at this Serai Kabini property. For the price they are charging, the hospitality is extremely poor. The rooms are very small, and there isn’t even a television in them. I did not feel any sense of cleanliness at all. The staff seemed completely untrained, and the property is nowhere near the “luxury” standard they claim for the rates they charge even the ac wasn't working and they have cheap ac in their rooms and they were not even centralized. They are charging almost ₹30,000 per night, but the facilities offered don’t come close to justifying that price. The food was average, the staff poorly trained, and the property looked nothing like the pictures shown on Google the images online are very misleading. One of the worst experiences we had was during checkout. The official checkout time is 11 AM, but the way they rushed us out was extremely unprofessional. Two of our group members were very sick and couldn’t pack on time, which caused a slight delay. Even then, four staff members stood outside our room, waiting impatiently for us to leave, making us feel pressured and harassed. Overall, I would never return to this property and strongly recommend others to avoid it as well.
