The Shalimar Boutique Hotel

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Took us on a tour of the hotel even though it was only 2 of us. Room is beautiful with full amenities. Bed is very comfy too. Location near the old town and the Oro-oro Dowo market. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The only downside is the sound-proofing between the rooms.

I loved my stay there. The decoration is beautiful, the « hidden » bar is very cool, and the breakfast is amazing. A special thanks to Maria for her food recommendations and her kindness!

The customer response level of the employees of this hotel is very poor. I ordered pizza, but even after an hour, I didn't arrive at the cafe on the first floor, so I ate the cold pizza in the my room. It's like the only narcissistic hotel in the world that doesn't provide customers with information about food when it comes out very late. And, a female waiter at the cafe brought a card machine to pay by 10 p.m., and an internal call came to the hotel saying that the payment should be made at the hotel counter. The hotelier staff here They only make excuses and do not listen to customers. The shower facilities are also too old, so I was surprised, and the carpet smells like rotten smell. It's the worst hotel I've ever wanted to come back to. Even if it's a Boutique hotel. Not all hotels are good. I never recommend this hotel.
