Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout. The location is also great everything is nearby, making it convenient if you’re planning to explore the city and just need a place for a night stay. It’s definitely a family-friendly hotel, and a good option if you’re travelling with your family. Breakfast was quite decent as well. Honestly, I was a bit confused before coming here because of the mixed reviews I had seen online, but once I checked in and saw the room, everything felt perfect.

The beds are very comfortable. The rooms were reasonably clean. However, if you lifted the bed in Room 404 you will find used dirty cigarette butts. And dirt accumulated over years. The staff just sat around chatting and gossiping during breakfasting. There was no tea, milk, bread for toast, and they still chatted. We always leave a tip to the staff but on this occasion we declined. It was a very hot day and we were sitting in the lobby room awaiting our transport to the Airport. The doorman walked over to the fan and turned it on. We immediately felt relief. The doorman was tipped handsomely!

The hotel’s location is great for sightseeing, but parking is a hassle — you're better off using rickshaws to get around. The rooms and bathrooms are very small, and soundproofing is poor, so noise from other guests or workers can be disruptive when trying to sleep. Hot water takes a while to come through, and the toilet didn’t flush properly, which was frustrating. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. Having to reactivate the key card daily was unnecessarily annoying. The breakfast buffet was disappointing and not worth including in your stay.
