The Shaw Club Hotel

We had booked a Club room at the hotel and the website mentioned stairs. Upon arrival and check in I encountered the stairs. Quite a few actually. The front desk couldn't be more accommodating. They sent a male member of staff to haul our suitcase up the stairs. Many thanks. Our stay from arrival to check out was fantastic due to the friendly and efficient staff. Nice room with a comfortable bed and a fireplace. Other than the sound of the air conditioner it was very quiet. We attended an evening performance at the Shaw and it was great to be so close to the venue. Also had our lunch at Zees restaurant and as usual it didn't disappoint. Thanks again to all the kind staff.

Absolutely Fabulous! We spent last night at this beautifully decorated and ideally located hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake. While our room was gorgeous with high quality bedding and a stunning bathroom, what really struck us was the service. We were met at the front desk by Mikayla. It turned out our booking had an error, but not only did she offer to quickly and efficiently fix it, but her friendliness reassured us we were in good hands. Everything was fixed quickly, and she checked in with us as we returned from dinner to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Our waiter, Jack, was equally lovely when we enjoyed their breakfast package that was part of our booking. We would stay again for sure.

We stayed at the Shaw Club Hotel for our honeymoon and had such an amazing time! The hotel is absolutely stunning, extremely clean and well-kept and the staff are so so kind and friendly. I was very happy with our choice to stay there and will absolutely be returning! It was refreshing to stay somewhere with no hidden fees as well, and to find out breakfast was included with our stay. They even provided us with a complementary bottle of rose as a wedding gift! Thank you!
