My family and I stay here every year. The service and staff seem to vary, but the service is good. The breakfast is a little more luxurious than other hotels. Some parts feel a little old. The jacuzzi this year was a little slimy.
Hotel was beautiful.Service made the worst experience ever, count not believe that staff in Japan can cheat so bad .Don’t recommend going to this hotel with a kids.
I have never seen a resort with such bad service.
