From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional service at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, but one person truly stood out: Nicky, our buggy driver. Nicky wasn't just a driver; he was an absolute superstar. He was always there with a smile, ready to whisk us away to our destination, offering helpful tips and local insights along the way. His cheerful and "can-do" attitude made every interaction a joy. Our sea-view room was also a highlight of our stay. The panoramic view of the ocean was simply breathtaking, and we spent hours just sitting on the balcony, mesmerized by the stunning scenery. The room itself was beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. The combination of the outstanding service, especially from the one-of-a-kind Nicky, and the fantastic sea-view room made our stay truly unforgettable. We've stayed at many hotels, but the level of personalized attention and genuine warmth we experienced here is unparalleled. We can't wait to come back!

We stayed here for our honeymoon - we had a beautiful room overlooking the ocean with private pool. It was amazing and highlight of our stay. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, but are slightly older compared to other hotels. Amenities (eg soaps) could have been of higher quality. We had a great hotel package and would recommend to anyone staying to include this. The service was good for most of the time and breakfast there was plenty of options. The hill to rooms are steep and you need a buggy to get back unless you want to walk up steep stairs. We never waited more than 5 minutes For the buggy so not a problem. Overall a good hotel if a private pool villa is what you are after on a beautiful beach! Thank you

I’ll start by saying the location was absolutely stunning. I stayed in a swim-up beach villa, and the view was incredible. However, my overall experience was unfortunately marred by a series of smaller issues— “death by a thousand cuts.” First, the buggy service was a consistent problem. When I first checked in and used the app to request a ride, I was told it would take 5-10 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, I checked the app again and was told another 5 minutes. I called for a car that arrived to the lobby 10 minutes later, it arrived—but the buggy still hadn’t shown up. From then on, I decided to walk to the lobby for most of my departures. The final straw was waiting nearly 25 minutes for a buggy at 10 PM on a Friday night, which felt especially frustrating as a solo traveler. It seemed like couples and families received priority, and I couldn’t help but feel overlooked. On my second day, housekeeping accidentally left one of the sinks running, completely flooding my bathroom. While a very kind staff member came to mop up the mess, the situation ruined some of my toiletries. Later, the sliding door to my villa was impossible to open. Maintenance came to fix it, which was appreciated, but for a $500-a-night room, I expected these issues to be addressed more quickly. To top it all off, I ordered a floating breakfast on my second-to-last day and planned to relax in my room all day. Well, I did end up spending the whole day in my room—just not as planned, since I ended up dealing with food poisoning from that breakfast. In the end, while the views were undeniably beautiful, the string of “minor” issues—coupled with the high cost, which felt exorbitant even by U.S. standards—make it difficult for me to recommend this place, at least based on my experience.
