Beautiful hotel conveniently located just a few minutes from Chapel Hill’s downtown district. Bright and clean. Had lunch while attending a retreat on-site and while chicken was served, it was not your typical banquet chicken - it was juicy and flavorful, served with a salad that complemented the chicken perfectly. Special thanks to Gabriel - the man literally did EVERYTHING, always around keeping things in order or being there to assist whenever needed. It has been a long time since I’ve witnessed someone work so hard. Even better, he did it all with such a positive demeanor that was infectious.

Alisha at the front desk was fantastic! I was in town for work and was completely exhausted and frustrated from a long day when I checked in. She was incredibly nice, personable, and professional. I came down to get dinner and she had an extra dirty Tito’s martini with blue cheese olives waiting for me. It’s rare to find people in hospitality these days that truly actively listen to their guests and anticipate their needs. Alisha exceeded my expectations!

We came to the Siena hotel for our anniversary. The service was excellent, and the room was very nice and clean enough. I found some very long black hairs in the bathroom on my towels, but that happens with long hair, it’s hard to get off of everything. The one thing I didn’t care for was that you have to pay for breakfast when I feel at $300 a night, there should be a nice complementary breakfast. But the bar was amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable. The restaurant was superb and the people working there were wonderful. The hotel is located right down the street from UNC, which was perfect for us.
