The Sign Sile Hotel & Spa

The outdoor and indoor pools were great. Outdoors there is a small kids pool connected to the main one, however inside the pool is large but all the same depth. The buffets and played meals were done well, the mezes were especially good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The meeting room was set up well, though there was a light smell of mold. The room was ok, mostly clean and we had two adjoining rooms which was helpful. No tea or coffee in the room, but they sent a hot water kettle when we requested one. A few minutes drive from the beach. Room service meals were $15-$25 per entree.

I have stayed in this hotel three times and I loved it very much, but this visit was very annoying because the room was not clean and water leaked from the bathtub when showering and the room entry card sometimes did not open and upon each entry I stood in front of the door for 10 minutes until it opened and finally I was sleeping with My family, at two in the morning, the door to my room was opened by one of the employees while we were sleeping. I apologize that we were in the wrong room. We were very terrified. There is no security at all. I could not sleep after that.

Zero stars. No Air Conditioning ,loud music and dj all night and morning. A lot of insects could not sleep 2 hours continuously. Just provided for a us a small shampoo bottle which is already dirty and sticky from the outside. Literally worst hotel ever went to. Paid exactly $300 for 2 night. Which was literally worth less money to pay for such a place. They have a nice view with zero services and again a lot of insects(ones that fly, and ones on ground) with dirty carpet and dirty small fridge which is not working properly.
