After accidentally going to the central hat yai branch, which looked very luxurious, we were worried the airport branch might be a let down, but it was great! Easy parking, very impressive buildings, nice hospitality. The room was lovely and fresh fruit for the kids was a nice touch. Breakfast was impressive and the nearby cafe amazonica and 7/11 were handy. Overall a great hotel very close to the airport.
Always my favorite hotel whenever I'm in Hat Yai. The location is very close to the airport it a bit far from Hat Yai city. The service was top notch. The room is clean and have a nice design. Good enough for my family of 5. The room lighting can be quite dim but overall it's cozy. Room has no iron & iron board. The hotel breakfast offers quite variety of menu. Don't forget to try their Thai Iced tea prepared fresh in the morning. There is 7-Eleven nearby where you can buy snacks, food or coffee.
We had a stop over in Hatyai before driving to Penang and this was our random search. Prices were great, so did not expect anything much. But we got the hotel beyond the value we paid. Huge room. Really huge. Very clean bath room. Great bed and v v comfortable. Breakfast was 5 stars. So so much to choose from. Dont know if will get chance to go there again, but I would recommend those looking for a 5 star stay at a very reasonable price.
