All the services are perfect, the room was really great. But if the air conditioner is brand new, there would be a perfect 5 stars. Although the air conditioner was not perfect, next time when I come to the place nearby, my priority is The Signature Hotel!
We were delighted to be gifted with a free upgrade to an executive suite. The room was spacious, clean and cooling. What we like best about this hotel is the location, near to a few malls where many foods and restaurants are available.
Hotel is clean and spacious. Bed is clean and pillow is fluffy. Toilet is clean and complete with basic toiletries. Near to MRT station as well. Nearby have eatery so place is convenient. Value for money too. Will stay here again next time in KL.
