The Singer Oceanfront Resort Curio Collection by Hilton

Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic experience at the Hilton Singer Island. The location is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the beachfront access was unbeatable. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff,warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Leo at valet, he was amazing! He helped me immediately with my bags, held them until I was ready to check in, and was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my stay. He was always there if I needed anything. A truly valuable employee who made a great first impression. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and welcoming escape.

Nice stay at Hilton, could have been better though! This property is under a remodel so be aware - they don’t tell you that when booking. Parts are closed off and you’ll have detoured hallways at entrance. One elevator was working at the time of my stay which made things a bit crazy trying to come and go. Parking is an absolute nightmare with the app. You have to put so much information into it just to register your vehicle and pay extra for it. I wasn’t happy about that aspect. Rooms are clean and absolutely beautiful, staff were helpful. Be advised ocean view is not ocean front. You’ll just have a sliver of a view. If that’s important to you then just be aware when booking the difference. They do offer valet and pool with cabanas. Marketplace was nice offering fresh coffees and small bites. Included in your stay is a 1 hour bike rental, 1 hour non motorized water sport rental, chairs and umbrellas for the beach which is a really nice! I’m sure this place is amazing when not under construction- so just ask if it’s finished before booking.

Came here for the location. As a true Hilton Honors member I always appreciate the cleanliness of the chain. The Curio collection feels a bit more upscale but only a bit. Rooms are clean and new. But some of the customer service at the front desk have an attitude. Atmosphere is quiet and really we came looking for comfort, location, cleanliness and quiet luxury but Ocean View somehow is not always guaranteed needless to say is not the same aa Ocean Front. We had to deal with Front Desk and as I mentioned sometimes they don’t have the best attitude. During our check in they asked us to pay for parking through the app but we paid in advance for it. The hotel lobby is under renovation and the elevator situation was annoying as was only one working for the entire building. Many days we had dinner at the Beach Front restaurant and server was kind, food was ok. Sundays at the pool were actually a bit unpleasant, they allow many locals to use the amenities instead of having a pleasant time as a resort guest it was uncomfortable as many of them were loud and were using personal speakers in the pool area. Not what you expect from an upscale resort. Management needs to pay more attention.
