The Sintesa Jimbaran Bali

I had a wonderful three-day stay at this hotel in Jimbaran. It was the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet—away from the crowds and busy markets, yet still just a few(8 minutes ) away from the beach and all essential services by motorbike.

This hotel near to GWK tourist atraction, the hotel have realy huge space for everything, the pool( indor and outdoor), the restaurant, the loby, the park, playroom for kids(didnt feel fresh inside). I believe these hotel have lot of customer in the past because they have hundred of room, and it built for large familly friends and gathering too. The deluxe room i reserve is clean, the sheet didn't smell, we need everything in this room as usual (hairdryer, towel, coffee, water, bathup. I just cant stand with the balcony because the balcony didnt feel private because the gave us in front of the security and main street to enter the hotel . I wish i can move to another room that lil bit private. Actually thats why i reserve this deluxe room with balcony so i could enjoy the fresh air outside my window (i wish). The food not really bad, but its not the luxury breakfast. They served pie susu bali, i thought it otentic and well desert (sweet and crunchie). This hotel seems lack of employe, maybe because of covid 19, lot of place or room seem like not maintain very well, and the elevator we use looks dirty and dusty. Employe from the loby didnt gave us smile, good morning, or ask somethig, like we didnt exist here for 3 night. And they talk and laugh each other verry loudly as i walk trough the lobby. Employe that make up our room lil bit nice to me, he ask what i need because i didnt want my room to be cleaned for 3 night. If you search for quite place but not verry expensive, large room, luxury but old fashion, you can choose this one. Everything was good but not exelent. But make sure you didt get main entrance or security view 🥲They have lot of space, pool view or park view at side. Last but not least i apreciate what this hotel offer to the customer, i wish this hotel could be more better and have more more lot of visitor

Ambitiously large hotel, run down and sad, with a soon to be abandoned look to it. Waiting time for 4 Meals at the bar around 9pm was 1hr+, the chicken in the club sandwich was very foul smelling, definitely far too old to serve or eat. I consider it dangerous to eat anything there with the way they handle their chicken. I only ate the toast and juice in the included breakfast. I just had Bali Belly 2 days before from Ubud, and thought I might get it again. The rooms are okay, Air conditioning is reasonably cold. Very quiet location, quite dark and spooky on the drive in at night, far away from everything.
