Excellent service provided..Best food in Nathdwara. Best South Indian, North Indian, Authentic food. Extremely cooperative and helpful staff. We required help late night for medicines and staff was swift in their actions. Would definitely like to stay here in future.
Try to arrange your own vehicles to drop n pickup from temple. Some time it takes time to arrange vehicle. You may take extra charge for that. Overall experience of hotel excellent and service also very good.
⭐ 1 Star Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Price I stayed at The Sky Imperial – Hotel Gopal Darshan, Nathdwara and had a very poor experience. We paid ₹4,250 for 3 people, including extra bed charges, but no extra bed was provided. I called the reception multiple times (3–4 times) to request it, but no one responded or came to help. The hotel claims to offer a “luxury experience,” but the reality was far from it. The service was careless and unprofessional. Honestly, even a roadside guesthouse might offer better hospitality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting decent service or value for money.
