The worst Hotel ever. The room chaotic. The staff were not friendly. Wifi soo bad. Parking also paid. The bad smell in the room was so strong full with Dust

Every year I check in twice in this hotel. This year I had a very bad experience with the Valet. On my last day just before i travel, My car was hit and one of the tyres was torn. The valet guy did not even inform me and I didn't notice it. The repair costs were more than 450$. I informed the team and they confirmed after checking the CCTV recordings that the accident did happen while the valet was parking my car. I sent them all the pictures and the receipts for the repair and no one had the audicity to contact me. They just kept ignoring my calls. My issue is not with the amount. But the way it was hidden from me and I was not informed about the accident. This shows lack of integrity and transparency in dealing with guests. I would never stay in this hotel again though the staff are friendly and the service is not bad. But I don't trust it anymore.

I had a terrible experience at Smallville Express hotel. The accommodation was extremely disappointing – the room had a bad odor that made it difficult to stay, and the service was just as poor. The staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. They kept changing the price daily, blaming the war for the fluctuations, which felt dishonest and frustrating. To make matters worse, they initially said parking was free, but later demanded payment for it. I would not recommend staying here.
