If you love modern minimalist decor in your hotel room , walking distance from city centre, premium coffee and services, like laundry, iron , vibrant, and yes, youth innovative spaces to work and stay this is your spot Just download thier app and use the machines in the laundry room And yeah, nothing needed for washing , no liquid or anything, it's all in the machine , yay technology! Also vibrant events and cool rooftop there Alot of nationalities too I love international cities Staff is so helpful too . Too bad no refrigerator in the room Other than that , amazing hotel services and bikes too This seem to be old factory and how creative and innovative they turned this place to a hotel! Have a light jacket as mornings are cold in this May time of the year First time in Maastricht and loving every minute and inch here !

The cleanliness of the rooms is not one of the strengths of the Hotel. However, the vast variety of services that are included in the price are to be considered (gym, bike garage, laundry room, study room close to the hotel's bar/restaurant, etc.). Special mention to Matt, the CM, who made our stay very pleasing. Overall good, this is one of the cheapest places if you are looking for long stay hotels in Maastricht. Recomendable for young people.

My experience was below average. The staff seemed to lack the necessary experience to provide efficient service. Both the coffee shop and the restaurant next to the reception took over 15 minutes to serve my order, which was frustrating. While my room was generally fine, the climate control system advertised as an alternative to air conditioning was ineffective and offered no real comfort.
