Beautifully designed hotel with great style and comfort The best thing about this hotel is definitely its design — super modern and beautifully styled. There are countless cozy seating areas both inside and outside; we actually wished we could have stayed longer in Rome just to enjoy all the spaces. We loved the pool table right in front of the elevators — a fun way to start the day. It’s clear that this is a new or recently renovated building — everything feels brand new and well thought out. A nice gesture was the free water and cookies at reception. Speaking of which, the manual check-in desks were convenient and user-friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, though it lacked some small toiletries like cotton pads or makeup pads, and room slippers would have been a nice touch. The room design was also excellent, and the pillows were incredibly light and comfortable. We didn’t need to use the air conditioning — the temperature was perfect. The garden with all the swings was a lovely bonus. There’s a tram line right in front of the hotel — it runs quite slowly but seems to be the closest public transport link to the city center. Although the hotel is technically close to Termini station, getting there with luggage can be a bit of a challenge due to limited transport options. Still, overall, this is a very nice hotel — stylish, modern, and relaxing.

After a couple issues with our room, upon calling down to the front desk, the hotel staff were phenomenal at fixing the issues and making sure everything was comfortable. They were very responsive and quick in fixing our issues. We appreciated their kindness and help with adjusting everything for our stay, not only sending maintenance up quickly but switching our room. Thank you!! On another note, the grounds are beautiful. There aren't many restaurants right nearby but it is a very easy tram and bus stop away from major landmarks and restaurants. We used the pool today and it was the perfect way to cool off.

Everything was perfect, from the moment you step onto the huge area it felt like you were in a green garden. The area is super nice and all amenities were great! The hotel even gifted me a bottle of prosecco on my birthday which I thought was such a nice gesture! The rooms are good everything was new and modern. You get drinking water and clean towels with every housekeeping. The pool area is a little tight with many people staying there in July but still nice to have a pool! The pizzeria next to the hotel is also delicious.
