We had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Jamie, it was of the best bar service we’ve ever encountered. Such genuine charm made us feel instantly welcome. She went above and beyond—recommending drinks perfectly suited to our tastes and even treating us to a complimentary tasting of exquisite champagnes we’d never tried before abd then we fender up ordering ! Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and attention to detail were second to none. She made the whole experience feel special and personal, turning what could have been an ordinary afternoon into a truly memorable one. A rare combination of professionalism and genuine kindness—she is a credit to the bar and Soho Hotel !

We just finished a four night stay at the Soho Hotel with our two children. Everything was first class, from the decor to the food and the service. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the breakfast in particular was of very high standard with a huge amount of choice. We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with amazingly helpful & friendly staff. I was here for a film preview screening (they have their own cinema!) so cannot comment on the rooms or food.
