I absolutely love Somos Bold! My husband and I recently got married in Medellin and Somos Bold was the hotel option we offered to our guests. They were super helpful in making a room code for our guests to book rooms, helped coordinate airport rides, and were generally so helpful and kind. The breakfast at the hotel is great, as is the full menu and cocktails for lunch and dinner. We hosted our welcome party on the rooftop of Somos Bold (Palma Piton) and all of our guests raved about it. The restaurant is beautiful, with a lot of seating areas, great views of the city, and perfect to hang out at. If you're looking for a unique hotel in a super walkable area, with lots of restaurants and accessibility to the metro, I would highly recommend staying here!
We had the best stay at Somos Bold!!! The staff here are all so incredibly kind, warm and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The king sized bed was SO comfortable. The rooftop restaurant/bar was gorgeous and had good drinks for reasonable prices. The best part about the rooftop restaurant/bar was the live music on Saturday and the view!!! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and service was great! The only issue we had a couple times was our key card wasn’t working but the concierge resolved the issue quickly. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at the Somos Bold and will definitely be coming back and staying at the Somos Bold hotel!!!
Highly recommend this hotel. Although there was some confusion about which rooms our party had booked upon our arrival, this was swiftly and generously resolved by the staff and we were accommodated with the rooms we had originally booked online. The breakfast was good, and the dinner served at the rooftop bar was even better. Although the hotel was somewhat loud with the music coming from the rooftop bar, it's configuration allowed for near-complete noise cancellation in the rooms themselves, which is what matters most. The location was great, walkable to many coffee shops and dinner spots among other attractions.
