The Sound Hotel Seattle Belltown Tapestry Collection by Hilton

This is one of my favorite hotels of all time. Amazing rooms with great windows, good beds and bathrooms, but almost as important: the staff here has always been incredible. Front desk super friendly and helpful, and restaurant staff the same, including prompt. This level of service isn't common anymore, and this hotel gets it. Without being pretentious, they make you feel welcome, important, and taken care of. Great property, rooms, and even better people.

I don't typically leave reviews for hotels but this place is stellar. They are conveniently located in downtown within walking distance of so many great places. The overall vibe was very chic, modern but relaxed and comfortable. The room was plenty spacious, great beds and bathroom facilities, and the amenities in the hotel were lovely as well. But the standout was the staff, every interaction was pleasant and staff were genuinely helpful, zero aloofness or negativity. Even in interactions I observed them have with other guests, they offered incredible service for our entire stay. This is absolutely a place I would stay again or recommend to others!

Beautiful hotel, and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect location within walking distance of Pike Place Market, Westlake light rail station, the Space Needle, and the Great Wheel. I would recommend eating breakfast in the hotel. The french toast is delicious and a large serving. The bacon was crispy and thick, which is my favorite. I rode a city bus back to the hotel after a concert and arrived around 12:45am, and I felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood.
