What an unforgettable stay it was! We never imagined it would turn out to be one of the most rejuvenating getaways ever. After a hectic trip, we chose Sula to unwind—and it truly worked its magic on us. From soothing spa sessions and relaxing pool time to indulging in wine tastings and enjoying luxurious comfort, everything was perfectly curated in one place. Though I sadly missed pickleball due to time constraints, the wholesome breakfast more than made up for it. A special shoutout to Mr. Ananthan, whose warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel completely at home. His presence truly elevated our experience. Already missing the calm, the conversations, and of course—the wine!

I was not happy with the parking and overall facilities. The parking area is not good and needs improvement. The surroundings are dirty, the floor is very slippery, and there are many potholes which make it difficult and unsafe to walk or drive. I hope the management takes steps to fix these issues soon. am very disappointed with my experience. Despite paying such a high price. There was only one staff member (bhagii) working at a time, which is unacceptable for a property claiming to be of this standard. I have stayed in many 5-star properties before, but I have never experienced service like this. It definitely did not feel like a true 5-star stay.

We were really excited about our trip to the Sula Wines , Nashik. Since it was our anniversary, we had booked a tree house facing the Vineyard and although the place is beautiful and has great scenic views, our experience was completely ruined due to a serious safety issue. So, the Sula offers bicycles to roam around their property. The Incident happened on the day of our check out. That morning me and my wife , we both wanted to have a walk around the property. Since we saw bicycles parked just below our room, we decided to take one for each of us. The Mayhem just unfolded as we started with our bicycles and just in 2 minutes ,when my wife tried with one of the brakes to slow down the cycle at the slope, to our shock, her cycle didn't have functioning brakes ,neither the left nor the right brake was working— something we only realized while riding downhill. Before we could react, she lost control and ended up crashing hard on a big stone wall . My wife suffered a broken tooth, along with multiple injuries, bruises, and cuts and lots of blood loss plus the lifetime trauma of such an incident on our anniversary. There was no warning, no safety check, and the staff were extremely casual about it afterward. This kind of negligence is completely unacceptable. People coming to visit the place trust the Authorities there with their safety and something like a missing brake can cause life-altering damage. The first question is how the hell can someone place a Cycle with absolutely no brakes there. How is it fathomable at a prestigious place like Sula. My wife literally faced a near death experience and they had the audacity to offer us a wine bottle and a cake as a token to keep our mouths shut. I would highly recommend not to visit The Sula at all costs , as they don’t care to even answer your calls even to help with a proper dentist . All we need is a proper refund of the amount we spent at the dentist. It was a pathetic experience. Highly recommend to choose any other place safer for your families rather than these money eating hawks and spineless staff .Shame on the entire Sula Team .
