Had such a great experience, went for the 'You've changed my life' program...walked away feeling absolutely fantastic!!! Nearly 4kgs lighter, head feels clearer, chilled and relaxed from daily meditation, yoga, 90mins of massage each day for 7 days, great juices, terrific advice from Patrick, as well as the nicest staff ever. Walked away with a new confidence and results that speak for themselves with great success in my sport. Wicked!!!

Raw vegan food made with love at Radiance restaurant! I was over the moon to find this beautiful Hotel restaurant by the sea that serves raw vegan food!! I was so impressed by the number of raw vegan options they had on the menu. We had both of the raw soups which were mind blowing full of flavour!! The raw sushi was absolutely stunning and bursting with flavour. Amazing raw vegan pizza with so much detail - pesto and marinara sauce, lovely base, absolutely delicious! Best raw vegan cakes I’ve ever had!! Divine!! Highly recommend the apple pie and cheesecake. The setting was absolutely stunning by the beach. Amazing service from all the staff! Thank you so much for making our anniversary meal so special!!
