The Spa Suites

Love the layout. Really nice rooms disguised as cabins. Nice touch. The property is beautiful with a trout stream running through it. You can walk and explore the property and take in the surrounding nature. Jackson is a nice town and very hip. Good restaurants to choose from. Most of all, very close to Grand Teton and other scenic locations. If you come to Jackson Hole, stay here.

Rooms are cozy and spacious. The amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious. The shuttle staff were very helpful and friendly. We went on a Yellowstone expedition with CONNOR and that trip with him made our entire week. He was very friendly knowledgeable and just a great human to be around for the entire day. He made us laugh, he taught us things and he made the trip feel safe and fun. The whole crew at the spa suits were helpful and I can’t say a bad thing about the week we spent here. The gentleman in the morning was friendly and the lady that was there in the evenings was a blast of sunshine we needed any and every time we entered the building. No matter what she was doing when people walked in she even at the least smiled and waved to you. Our rooms were straightened up and none of our things were touched or moved. The cleaning staff and cooking staff were top notch and need to be noticed for sure. We considered this to be a trip of a lifetime and the staff here made our dreams come true. I thank each and every one of you guys and ladies.

It was an interesting experience. We didn’t stay at the resort. So this review is for the spa. We sat in the lobby for a bit and was greeted by the therapists who escort us to the big therapy room with a soaking tub. In my experience, the first stop would be the locker room so we can undressed, get into our robes and sandals. Then, we can proceed with the services. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here at this spa. For such a nice therapy room our clothes were all over the couch because we weren't escorted to the locker room (yes there is a locker room). Since my fiancé and I had to split up after our soak I had to leave the room (in the provided robe, which was very soft, and no slippers). The massage was fine, nothing to write home about. Once I was done I, once again, I barefooted through the spa back to the big therapy room to put on my clothes. For my fiancé, he said his therapist was all over the place. Ultimately, it was not worth the $600 tab as we had better experiences at other spas.
