The room (the suite) was big and comfortable. The staff was very polite , very very friendly and helpful. The mattress is comfortable, the bed is huge. One minus is the construction site around the hotel, but I guess when they finish the construction the area will be beautiful,and there is not enough bars and restaurants nearby for now. The hotel has restaurant/bar.
Lovely hotel in Astana with nice modern and clean rooms. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Location seemed a bit out of the way, but it actually wasn't any problem when you can use ride apps like Uber or Yandex. Recommended.
New hotel, comfortable and big room.. Good breakfast and nice restaurant/bar. Needs better housekeeping and a lot of the fittings, towel rails, mirror lights, door handles all loose and ready to fall off..
