-You cannot beat that view from the hotel. - Room was good but bathroom could have been better. But wasn't a deal breaker. -Staff checked us in promptly and even allowed to check in a bit earlier than scheduled. You have to go to 20th floor for check in. And must use card for elevator access. - While it's a bit far from the Yokohama station, there are lots shops, an amusement park, even a shopping district and a fish market nearby. -Overall great experience. Wasn't that expensive either.
Clean and quiet. Good amenities offered and free coffee at check-in level. Huge supermarket next to it. Walking distance, about 15mins to train station and attraction. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
Besides no microwave or hot water kettle in the room, everything else was perfect! Great staff, great location, clean rooms and friendly friendly people in general in the area. Nice view of the city lights. The resturant was wonderful, I loved that there was that option in the building.
