Beautifully located in the park in the middle of the city besides the river. Excellent culinary offer, with the Italian Executive chef who pampers your palate with sofisticated menu from the Italian tradition. Rooms better than the same level hotels in Astana, highly recommended
If you have a chance to visit Astana, the beautiful capital of Kazakhstan, Saint Regis hotel is a good choice. The hotel has a breakfast with a variety of cakes and is quite delicious, the rooms are clean. The hotel is located near a poetic river and a shady park. The only downside of the hotel is that you may have to wait a long time for the elevator if there are many guests at the hotel.
Extremely warm and helpful hotel staff. The butler service is awesome and caring. Special mention to senior butler Anastassiya Abdulkhakimova who made our stay with them extra special. Would 100% recommend this hotel. Spacious rooms, wonderful views, added with good room service. Nothing more to ask for.
