The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort

Our stay at The St. Regis was truly memorable, and we would wholeheartedly recommend the property to friends and family. The service was exceptional, with several team members going out of their way to make us feel welcomed and well cared for. Chris at the beach was fantastic—attentive, personable, and always anticipating what we needed for a relaxing day by the ocean. David, our butler, provided seamless support throughout our check in with kindness and professionalism. And Angel at the St. Regis Bar made our evenings feel special with his positive energy, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. What made this trip even more meaningful was that we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. The entire staff made an extraordinary effort to acknowledge and celebrate her. Daniel at Atlantikos Restaurant was incredibly thoughtful with a birthday tres leches, the gentleman playing the piano added a beautiful touch to the day by playing happy birthday, and countless other staff members made her feel recognized and cherished. I truly can’t thank them enough for making such a special occasion feel even more unforgettable. The only hiccup during our stay was a small moment at the St. Regis Bar. We had requested a simple charcuterie board with our pre-dinner drinks, but the chef declined the request. While it wasn’t a major issue, it felt unnecessarily inflexible given the level of service we experienced elsewhere on the property. All in all, it was a wonderful trip with some unforgettable moments, especially thanks to the incredible team—especially Chris, David, Angel, Daniel, and many others—this trip will remain a very special memory for us.

Amazing stay! We had the most relaxing time at this spectacular resort! Don't hesitate to book your stay, it is worth it! Everything is pristine, including the service. The upgraded suite was amazing and immaculate. Housekeeping was so friendly and efficient; slippers by the bed, turndown service, a cloth for our salt-sprayed sunglasses, etc. Staff at the pool and beach were the best and made sure you were comfortable and had everything you needed. Shout out to Veronica and Catherine! Plus a beautiful champagne surprise for our anniversary was so sweet! We can't wait to come back.

Spent the weekend at the St Regis for my wife’s birthday and the service was not up to standard. I have Marriott Gold Elite Status and am a frequent business traveler to Marriott hotels and resorts. We received a very nice upgrade to a suite but the decorations I requested were for a child and the birthday cake I requested was never delivered even after I followed up with the butler. Several other requests of the butler service to try to arrange something special for my wife were not done correctly. I spoke to the hotel manager about my concerns and there was really no follow up. The staff at the beach, pool, and spa were excellent, but the St Regis is known for their butler service and it did not live up to other St Regis resorts we have stayed at.
