I had the honor of being the in-house guest invited to join—and even host—the evening wine ritual *Champagne Sabrage* at The St. Regis Beijing during our stay. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.🍾 Candice from the Butler Department showed such enthusiasm in coordinating everything, while Mia at the Garden Lounge was incredibly caring during our afternoon tea. Sophia, the Assistant Head Butler, offered great support throughout the ceremony. And of course, the Champagne Knight was both charming and highly knowledgeable.🥂 The entire experience was unforgettable—elegant, engaging, and filled with personalized touches. I highly recommend attending the Champagne Sabrage ⚔️ceremony if you have the chance. And if you're ever invited to host it, don’t hesitate—it’s an experience you’ll remember forever.

Too notch hotel and service. Included Butler service for coffee or tea if you are Platinum member. Concierge services a step above. They were able Michael Wang was able to secure ticket prices for me for Temple of Heaven and other venues at resident prices instead of tourist prices, 80% discount. Food recommendations were solid an d he listened and understood what we wanted. Great concierge and enhanced they stay experience. 100% recommend taking the free breakfast option instead of 1000 point for your amenity. The upgrade didnt get into a suite, but a much larger room than normal and excellent bathroom with tub.

Delivers classic elegance with thoughtful gestures though the hotel has seen its age. I arrived to checkin where a slight language barrier meant my Ambassador Elite perks weren’t spelled out. The suite I got was not bad, slightly dated but comfortable. Occasional mini power cuts let to AC hiccups that turned the room quite warm and had me waking up sweaty (my friends fared even worse). The staff were genuinely nice even if the overall soft product felt a bit thin, service culture can be hit-or-miss here. Overall hotel is quite poor in English. Compared to Beijing’s flashier new luxury spots, this property sticks to older charm. Mentioning my upcoming marathon earned me a fruit basket and eye mask in my room the next morning, a small St. Regis touch i really appreciate. Prices felt fair. However if modern luxury is your thing you probably wanna look elsewhere.
