We have stayed in this hotel many times before. They always provided top notch service. Their butler team has WeChat channel for contacting anytime - even after we checked out. One time we left a toy in the hotel and I contacted the butler team and they coordinated the pickup. The food was good. I also like their bathtubs next to the window and have great views. The hotel is very easy to get from both the airport and the South Railway Station. And there are some entertainment for kids at night time downstairs in the plaza next to the hotel, but the reason I give the location 4 star is that it is not at the center of the city and not easy to get to many tourist attractions.
My family definitely had a unforgettable stay at St Regis Changsha, love the Suite, the gym and the Bar. All staffs are nice and helpful, special thanks to Butler Faye, Joy and Eric. We came to celebrate my parents 40-years wedding anniversary, the butlers decorated room with roses, balloon and cake. With their great service, our first St Regis stay is 10 out of 10.
The butler service in the hotel is super prime. Especially Mia. She’s very helpful and supportive to our journey and made us feel like home. They are available 24/7 and even delivered my night warm honey lemon tea to the door at 2am. They try the best to meet all the expectations we have.
