⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay at the St. Regis Chicago! Our experience at the St. Regis Chicago was nothing short of exceptional from the moment we arrived. Despite missing our flight and heading back to the city for the night, our whole trip was saved thanks to the positive energy we got at the St. Regis. A special thank you to Vera at the front desk, whose warm welcome and attentiveness set the tone for our entire visit. When she learned that we had missed our flight, she immediately offered us a glass of champagne to make us feel better. She was gracious, efficient, and genuinely caring — a true professional who made us feel like honored guests. Equally impressive was David and the valet team, who went above and beyond when our car started an unexpected software update at an extremely inconvenient time just as we were heading for the airport for our next flight. Their genuine care and finding solutions to our car-challenges (and even offering to keep the car in a secure spot until we returned back to the city) were simply OUTSTANDING. They did not miss a chance to just turn any negativity to an opportunity to delight their customers. I was extremely impressed. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located. But what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. They transformed our stay into something special. Highly recommend the St. Regis Chicago for anyone looking for luxury with heart. We can’t wait to return!

This hotel only gets 4 stars due to the St. Regis name. I’ve stayed at a lot of St. Regis locations and this is by far the most disappointing. The lobby is comprised of a few seats. No bar, no live band, nothing to entertain you. It’s small and spartan. The two onsite restaurants book out and reserve the bar for patrons. There was no where to get an impromptu drink. The location is off to the side. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to anything relevant. The rooms are clean and spacious. They miss on the nicer amenities though. There is no ambient night light, no closet light or motorized shades. The mini bar is paltry. Overall, I would have given this place 3.5 stars. You can’t be a luxury hotel without an accessible bar and restaurant.

Horrible experience celebrating our mini moon. Chose this hotel based off hype and the fact that it’s new. They’re definitely still learning. No Attention to Detail: No welcome email sent from the hotel to ask if the stay was for a celebration or any special occasion. I called into to let the hotel know that we were coming to celebrate our mini moon and Vira explained it was short notice. It was such short notice because I was waiting for the welcome email that never arrived. She did not sound inviting and exciting to host us. I called back and confirmed we don’t drink alcohol, and guess what was in the room when we walked in? Alcohol. Private dining kept forgetting items so we had to wait to fully enjoy our meals. Our reservation stated 4 people staying even though this is our mini moon. No staff took the accountability of correcting it to 2 people. There are cobwebs on the top left display. They were there at check in and there at check out. So disappointed because we have to choose another weekend and another hotel to replace this horrible experience. We booked through a 3rd party so they confirmed they could not provide the same level of service or compensation as if we booked directly. “How was your mini moon?” “Absolutely horrible. DO NOT book at the St. Regis” How my conversations will be at work this week. :(
