The front desk staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful—check-in was seamless and welcoming. The door boys and concierge team were always smiling, attentive, and ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel itself is immaculate. Every corner is spotless, and the attention to detail is impressive. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and luxurious, with stunning views and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Room service was excellent—quick, courteous, and always delivered with a smile. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and this experience was one of the best. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dubai—you’ll be looked after from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.

I had a wonderful stay, and everything exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming—starting with Skanda at the reception, who was friendly and professional. I had a minor issue with the safe box, and the team made multiple efforts to fix it promptly. I was especially impressed when the manager personally followed up the next day to ensure my stay was flawless. I came to celebrate my anniversary, and they prepared the room beautifully with complimentary touches that were even better than what I’ve experienced at other top places. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The floor I stayed on had a stunning view and was very quiet—perfect for relaxation. On the last day, I tried the breakfast and immediately regretted not trying it earlier—delicious and with great variety! Without a doubt, I will be staying here again and again. This will be my permanent hotel whenever I visit Dubai.

The hotel is well designed. The lobby area could be better, but the rooms are well-designed and inviting. The staff are really rushing to help. I haven't tried the upper management, but I hope they're as good. The food is exquisite and a good experience. The location is weird. Easy to find but doesn't stand out for this brand. It's not convenient if you don't have a car. But plenty of nice Cornish areas to walk and jog. Very safe too.
