From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff here is not only professional and attentive, but truly extraordinary—every interaction was thoughtful, every need anticipated with grace and precision. Traveling with our twin babies, we were especially moved by the way the team welcomed and adored them. They were treated with such care and kindness that we felt instantly at home. The service throughout our stay was absolutely flawless. From in-room details to the beautifully executed breakfast experience, everything was designed to the highest standard of luxury. The morning coffee service deserves a special mention—what a treat to wake up to such elegance and ritual. And the cuisine? Out of this world. Every bite was a celebration of flavor, quality, and artistry. This hotel doesn’t just meet expectations—it redefines them. My wife and I had the pleasure and honor of staying at the St. Regis Florence for a second time. I am a Gold member with over 300 stays. I have traveled all over the world and stayed at many fine and top rated hotels. The St. Regis Florence is my absolute favorite. In addition to the magnificent accommodations and great location the staff from the time we checked in to the day we checked out was beyond comparison. The entire staff and management had taken the time to make sure all of our needs were attended to and consistently went out of their way to ensure our stay was a memorable one. The breakfast buffet is located in a beautiful dining room and is the finest array of foods that I have ever seen at a hotel buffet. The dinner menu and service were incredible as well.
