The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort

Having been waiting for decades for this property to be developed on Longboat Key I can assure you the wait was well worth it. What an incredible experience and property. The kids did the private lagoon tour and absolutely loved it, the pool was great and had great poolside service. Everyone was exceptionally friendly. It was expensive for sure but worth the experience to check it out. The service was the slowest and most disappointing part of the experience at Aura and Reva. Extremely slow at both. The server at Aura had forgotten two items we ordered and took forever to attend to us. It took us close to two hours for lunch, sitting outside when it was VERY hot. Reva, the waitress was incredible, she was not supported with any help other than food runners. She took orders, filled water, cleared the plates etc. The level of service did not match the ambiance and brand St. Regis is trying to portray we felt, especially at those price points.

We've traveled extensively across Florida, and we can honestly say the beach and water here are the best we've seen in the state—calm, clear, and beautifully maintained. Dining at CW Prime, the hotel’s signature restaurant, was a highlight of our stay. Every dish was expertly crafted with fresh, local ingredients, and the service was impeccable. Whether you’re in the mood for a fine steak or fresh seafood, CW Prime delivers a five-star culinary experience. After dinner, the Lobby Bar was the perfect place to unwind. It strikes just the right balance of elegance and comfort, with creative cocktails and a relaxing ambiance. The poolside service was equally impressive—attentive without being intrusive, with staff anticipating your needs before you even ask. Whether it was a refreshing drink, a plush towel, or help finding the perfect lounge chair, everything was handled with grace. My wife also visited the spa, and she couldn't stop raving about it. She described it as one of the most serene and rejuvenating spa experiences she’s ever had, with highly skilled therapists and a beautiful, tranquil setting. If you're looking for an upscale, relaxing beach getaway with top-tier service, luxurious amenities, and unforgettable food, St. Regis Longboat Key is truly in a class of its own. We can’t wait to return.

We loved our 3 night stay at the beautiful St. Regis Longboat Key! The service was exceptional from the minute we stepped out of the uber. Our room was gorgeous and so were the grounds and beach. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Curtis (and his Bentley), Todd at the lobby bar, Dom by the pool, Steven at breakfast at Aura, and the entire team at The Monkey Bar. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We can't wait to return someday.
