We had the absolute pleasure of spending our honeymoon at St. Regis Maldives, and it was nothing short of magical. Maldivian hospitality is truly in a league of its own, and we’re already missing the warmth, attentiveness, and care we received from the entire team. A very special thank you to our butler Haroon, whose thoughtfulness and attention to detail elevated our entire stay. He was always one step ahead - from planning beautiful surprises to customizing our itinerary and sharing his knowledge of the best snorkel sites. Some moments we’ll never forget include coming back from a snorkeling trip to find a beautifully prepared honeymoon bubble bath, timed perfectly for our return. On a hot afternoon, he dropped by with iced drinks just when we needed them, and he even went out of his way to find a larger hat size for my husband when none were available. Our honeymoon wouldn’t have been the same without him - he made everything feel effortless and truly personal. We also had an unforgettable time at the surprise sunset cocktail party - a breathtaking setting, delicious drinks, and some of our favorite photos from the trip, thanks to Haroon once again! A heartfelt thank you to Mohamed, our villa attendant, for keeping our space immaculate and always greeting us with thoughtful messages - morning and night. The decanter dinner with Athif, the sommelier, was another highlight. His passion for wine, deep knowledge, and ability to make the experience interactive and fun made it a night to remember. We highly recommend trying the decanter experience with him. To Mattias, the F&B director, thank you for checking in on us throughout our stay - your personal touch didn’t go unnoticed. We’d also like to give a special mention to the incredible chefs and staff at T.Pan, Alba, Orientale, Crust & Craft, and Whale Bar. The food at every restaurant was amazing - from beautifully plated fine dining to hearty, flavorful local dishes. We highly recommend all guests to try the different dining experiences across the resort - each one left a lasting impression. We remember Mausim and Alex fondly, as they would always greet us with warm smiles at every meal. A special shout-out to Mausim for going above and beyond - from his impeccable service and curry recommendations to surprising us with sweet mangoes that made our day! During our stay, we also had the opportunity to do a turtle snorkeling expedition and a private sandbank picnic experience - both of which we would absolutely recommend them to anyone visiting. We were lucky enough to see two turtles playing and feeding in the ocean, and the private sandbank picnic was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience - completely surreal and unforgettable. Even the gift shop team made our stay special, helping us post a honeymoon postcard home with the same welcoming energy that we felt throughout the resort. This was truly an unforgettable experience, and we are so grateful to every staff member who made it memorable. Thank you for making our honeymoon so incredibly special. From thoughtful touches that made our honeymoon unforgettable to ensuring every detail was taken care of, Ali provided impeccable service throughout. When unexpected weather caused delays with our seaplane transfer, Ali and the entire St. Regis team worked tirelessly to ensure we still made our flight. Their coordination, care, and professionalism gave us peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful situation. The resort itself is outstanding—the villa was luxurious and beautifully designed, and every part of the property, from the dining venues to the facilities, exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful to Ali and the entire staff for creating such a memorable experience. The St. Regis Maldives is truly exceptional, and we can’t wait to return.

We spent 5 unforgettable days at The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli celebrating our anniversary, and it was truly magical from the moment we landed in Malé to our departure. We were warmly welcomed by Ismail, who escorted us smoothly through the seaplane check-in and into the beautiful St. Regis lounge. Our butler Haroon was exceptional—he went above and beyond every single day with thoughtful gestures, surprise in-room setups, and perfectly curated plans. We felt incredibly lucky to have him. We started in a Sunrise Overwater Villa and were later upgraded to a Sunset Overwater Villa (531)—absolutely stunning views. The calm turquoise waters were perfect for snorkeling, especially near the John Jacob Astor Estate where reefs are full of life. Dining was a highlight: Alba: Amazing breakfast with standout dishes (lobster omelet, duck confit waffles). Thank you Dani, Anoof, Lulu & Su for your warm and cheerful service every morning. Orientale: Our favorite—great food and incredibly thoughtful service. Thanks again to Lulu & Su! Whale Bar: Great sunset views, though the Island Mary was a bit too spicy for us. Crust: Delicious casual fare; Valerie was a joy to chat with. In-villa dining was also excellent and convenient. At the Iridium Spa, our 90-min Yin Yang couple massage was incredibly relaxing, and the Blue Hole hydrotherapy experience was unique and unforgettable. We also did a private dolphin-watching excursion (thanks Shafee!)—we spotted a huge pod of dolphins, which was magical. On our guided snorkeling, we saw a white tip reef shark, spotted eagle ray, pufferfish, and countless tropical fish. Hameed, Eehad, and the housekeeping team kept our villa immaculate with sweet towel animals and handwritten notes daily. Every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Service across the island was consistently exceptional. We never felt pressured to tip, yet everyone went above and beyond. This was one of our most memorable vacations ever—highly recommend St. Regis Maldives for a romantic, luxury escape. We’ll definitely be back!
