Additionally, we were deeply touched by the beautiful anniversary cake set thoughtfully prepared for our special occasion. The arrangement was elegantly decorated, wonderfully presented, and absolutely delicious. Every detail reflected great care and impeccable taste, making our celebration truly memorable. From housekeeping to dining, front desk to guest services, every department operated with seamless excellence. We were impressed by the speed, efficiency, and hospitality of the entire team. This luxurious hotel is situated in the iconic Haitian Center. While it may not compare to the St. Regis at other locations, considering the booking price, it offers good value.

Checked in Mar 11 and received professionally by Fiona Zhang. Ms Zhang was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with a gorgeous view.
