This place is truly exceptional — from the breathtaking surroundings to the flawless service. The staff are not only highly professional but also genuinely warm and attentive, making every moment unforgettable. Everything was perfect, and it exceeded all our expectations. We had a delightful stay at the St Regis in April. The service was impeccable and the sunset villa we booked was amazing. Our butler Hussain was super attentive and helpful. The bartender Lennon was also very knowledgeable and friendly. We dined at Gishiki 45 which was hands down one of the best Japanese restaurants we’ve been to. The spa facilities and staff were lovely too. To top it all off, the general manager Andrea always made an effort to speak to every guest and ensure they were satisfied. Yes it’s expensive but the exclusivity and level of service is truly out of this world.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves all five stars. It was truly an exquisite experience—probably my favorite trip so far. The service was outstanding, the views were breathtaking, and the activities were unforgettable. We got to see dolphins during one of the most beautiful snorkeling trips I’ve ever had, enjoyed an incredible stargazing session, and had the best spa treatment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.
