⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at the St. Regis Rome for one night before embarking on a 7-night cruise along the Italian coast, and it was the perfect start to our journey. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant decor, beautifully preserved historic details, and a luxurious atmosphere that made our short stay feel truly special. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with every amenity we could have hoped for. Even in just one night, we felt pampered and completely at ease. Highly recommend the St. Regis Rome for anyone looking for a five-star experience in the heart of the city.

A Truly Exceptional Stay at the St. Regis Rome: The St. Regis Hotel in Rome is truly one of the most luxurious and beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were not only incredibly professional but also genuinely warm and welcoming. Their uniforms were elegant and tasteful, adding to the overall sophisticated ambiance of the hotel. The architecture of the building is stunning—a perfect blend of historic grandeur and refined elegance. Our room was beautifully decorated, featuring luxurious fabrics and thoughtfully curated design elements that made our stay feel extra special. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team: the concierge staff, especially Georgia and Andrea, as well as Elena, our butler. The front desk and breakfast area staff were all incredibly kind and attentive, making our experience seamless and enjoyable. We are deeply grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!

We checked in with Giulia and told her we had a wonderful experience at her hotel years' ago and now we are celebrating our 50th Anniversary and had to come back. We arrived at the hotel at around 11 a.m. and our room was not ready-they said they'd call us. We never got a call but returned at 4 p.m. at which time we waited a bit and the room finally became available. As lifetime Titanium Elite, which was not acknowledged, it seemed we got the smallest room in the hotel. We didn't get a note in our room or any acknowledgment that we were returning guests or our high status. No welcome gift - no celebration gift. In fact, our daughter, got a beautiful note from your hotel, a larger room (with a separate shower, which we would have appreciated) and a bottle of Champagne. We certainly were glad that she was acknowledged and appreciated, but it may have been nice to do the same for us. Giulia did, however, invite us for a drink when we arrived because our room was not available. At the time, we didn't realize that would be the extent of the niceties. I must add, however, we experienced excellent service in the lounge for breakfast and cocktails in the evening. That staff was exceptional, friendly and efficient. The hotel is still a beautiful property and maintained well.
